Chinnor Silver Band requires a Musical Director.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be the next Musical Director of Chinnor Silver Band.

We are a friendly, hardworking and committed 2nd section band (L&SC), located in South Oxfordshire, close to J6 of the M40. We rehearse on a Wednesday evenings, we have our own band room and have a sensible mix of contests,concerts and summer jobs.

The successful candidate will combine their excellent musicianship with an engaging rehearsal style in order to provide a high quality, enjoyable experience for our players. Experience within the Brass band movement is essential and experience in conducting is preferred.
