The Oxfordshire and District Brass Band Association (ODBBA) have moved their winter contest to a new venue, the popular venue at Marlborough School in Woodstock is not available for the foreseeable future so the committee have moved the contest to Wykeham Park Academy, Ruskin Road, Banbury .

Lynne Whitley told the Bandsman "The Oxfordshire & District Brass Bands Association's own choice test piece contest will take place at Wykeham Park Academy, Ruskin Road, Banbury, OX16 9HY on Saturday 25th February (4th, 2nd and Championship sections) and Sunday 26th February (Unregistered, 3rd and 1st sections). If you haven't received an entry form and would like one please email odbbacontests@gmail.com"

The Brass Festival (solos, duets, quartets, quintets, ensembles for all ages) will now take place on Sunday 14th May at West Kidlington Primary school, Oxford Road, Kidlington, OX5 1EA (Please note this is a change of date to previously announced due to the original date now being the Sunday of the Coronation bank holiday weekend)
